Millenium

The Art Rock band Millenium was formed in Krakow in 1999.

Millenium was founded by an avid lover of progressive rock, Ryszard Kramarski, musician, producer, author of music and lyrics, and the head of the independent music publishing house and recording studio Lynx Music.

Millenium is, as such,  the forerunner of progressive rock in Poland and around the world. Often mentioned alongside Polish bands such as Collage, Riverside, Quidam and Satellite, and albums such as Ego, The Web, Exist, The Sin or the latest Tales from imaginary movies have very good ratings among many art rock fans worldwide.

The long-time vocalist of Millenium was Łukasz Gałęziowski, who was replaced for a while on the MMXVIII album by Marek Smelkowski in 2018. The new vocalist of Millenium from 2022 is Dawid Lewnadowski, with whom the latest album "Tales from imaginary movies" was recorded and very well received by the public.

Millenium’s music is often associated with bands such as Pink Floyd, The Alan Parsons Project and Marillion, Pendragon, IQ and Arena. However, the band has had its own specific, recognizable sound for many years now.
