TRKP

The art rock band tRKproject was formed in Krakow in 2016.

The group was founded by Ryszard Kramarski, a great progressive rock enthusiast, musician, producer, composer, and lyricist, and head of the independent music publisher and recording studio Lynx Music.

tRKproject is a leading figure in progressive rock in Poland and worldwide. Often mentioned alongside Polish bands such as Collage, Riverside, Quidam, and Satellite, their albums, including The Little Prince, Kay & Gerda, Mr. Scrooge, Books that End in Tears, Odyssey 9999, and the latest release, ALICE, are highly regarded by art rock fans worldwide. Karolina Leszko was tRKproject's longtime vocalist, and Dawid Lewandowski, the current vocalist of Millenium, is the lead singer. The band's last two albums, Odysey 9999 and Alice, featured new vocalists, including Ania Batko (Hipgnosis, Albion), Marek Smelkowski, Łukasz Gałęziowski (ex-Millenium), Stuart Nicholson (Galahad), and, for the first time, Michał Kramarski (Fatherson) and Dominika Niebudek.

tRKproject's music is often associated with bands like Pink Floyd, The Alan Parsons Project, and Marillion. However, the band has maintained its distinctive, recognizable pop-prog-rock sound for many years.
